The deliberate act of demystifying and shedding light on societal taboos or cultural restrictions by challenging and dismantling them though culinary experiences, promoting understanding, change and empathy. Encouraging individuals to question the origins and implications through different perspectives and work towards breaking down barriers and fostering a more inclusive (gourmet) society.
